Do anyone know anything about the new mini pets that www.gamerzines.com gave out if you filled a form.
They are gold mini pets, miniature ceratodon i think the name was. But are they worth anything?

How can players who don't have GW:EN determine if a minipet can be added to the HoM? (so if they are dedicated or not?)

It clearly says "Dedicated in Hall of Monuments" and also when trading does a pop up just like customized items.
